Q1) What form of Santa messages can you supply?

We can supply 5 different messages from Santa:

  • A) A personal Santa message for your child on DVD showing the magic of Santa at home.
  • B) A Birthday Message from Santa on DVD for those children whose birthdays are in the Christmas season.
  • C) A Christmas Day message from Santa for all the family to share on this special day.
  • D) A personal letter from Santa on Santa logo paper thanking the child for the letter they have sent to him telling him what special presents they would like him to deliver on Christmas Day.
  • E) As above, but in email form.

Q2) What are the latest dates for ordering?

For products nos. A - B - C - D (DVDs and letters) we are restricted by the latest posting dates for Christmas delivery. It is therefore, best to order as soon as possible, preferably before mid December to avoid disappointment. Emails/downloads may be ordered up until 3pm on 24th December.

Q3) My child's name does not appear on the order form?

We have done our best to include as many of the most popular names. If your Childs name is not included you may choose the following greetings - "Hello Children" - "Hello everybody" - "Hello there" - "Hi there" - "Hello you two" - "Hello you three".

Q4) How do I pay for DVDs and Letters?

All payments can be made through our Google Checkout facility, with either credit or debit card.

UPDATE: We have recently added the option to pay using Paypal. You can use the Paypal buy now links to buy our products with your Paypal account or just use your credit or debit card without a Paypal account.

Q5) What format will the DVD be in?

All DVDs will be in DVD-R format and should play on the majority of household DVD players. Please check your DVD player before placing your order.

Q7) Personalised or personalized?

Your Santa Message is a UK based company therefore throughout the website we have used the UK English spelling of "Personalised", although we recognise that the US English spelling is "Personalized". Our DVD's and letters are both personalised & personalized - The product will be the same no matter what the spelling!
